I understand that I'm holding a spot, so you don't have to make reservations for this event. If you are unable to attend, it may be transferred to another person. If an attendee needs to cancel, please contact kppa@gmail.com with a written explanation detailing the reason for cancellation. If the request is made 60 days or more from the event, a full refund may be granted at the discretion of the executive board members. Requests made between 60-30 days from the event may be given a 50% refund at the discretion of the executive board members. Image Competition fees are non-refundable and subject to different rules from event registration.
